Attire:
1. Participants for neck class should wear an open-neck shirt that allows access to the neck and/or sports bra for females.
2. Participants for the ribcage class should wear/bring a button-down shirt (put on backwards) and females wear a sports bra.
Supplies:
1. Massage table with face cradle

3. Bolster and pillow
4. Sheets and face cradle cover
5. Lotion/Balm
6. Soft foam cushion (approx. 6x10 inches) or bath towel
7. Participants should wear an open-neck shirt that allows access to the neck
