There have been questions about when you can renew your license. You can renew at anytime now - EVEN if you don't have your hours completed yet.
According to Kris Chiles, Program Manager in the Licensing Unit, the application states you have completed your CE requirements by the end of Oct 31. If you are audited, the only dates they are concerned with are Nov 1, 2017-Oct 31, 2019, outside of that the exact date of the classes do not matter.
