Where do you practice:  Lincoln, NE at Vital Health Massage Therapy

What Massage Modalities do you practice: 

Combination of deep tissue/sports/swedish/MLD

How do you spend time outside of work: 

I just had a baby in September, so most of my time is spent with her! I enjoy spending time outdoors and being active as much as the Nebraska weather allows. Some of my favorite activities include golfing with my husband, walking my dog, and sitting by the pool or lake with friends.

How do you promote the massage therapy profession in your community: 

Donate to fundraisers and education through social media and social events

In what ways do you participate in your community:   

I enjoy attending open houses and celebrations hosted by local businesses, and I make a conscious effort to do my shopping locally. Additionally, I try to promote and refer other small businesses as much as possible, both in conversation and online.

Do you have any words of wisdom to share that have helped you in your career:   

Focus on developing your unique skills with confidence! Build genuine relationships with your clients and colleagues, as learning from other therapists can enhance your practice. Lastly, don't hesitate to refer clients when appropriate and seek support from your community—collaboration can lead to greater success for everyone!
